We know first-hand that purchasing NFTs can be a risky endeavour. We require you to acknowledge the following in order to provide you with NFT Advisory services.

NFTs are, by their nature highly experimental, risky and volatile. NFTs stored within digital wallets are occasionally vulnerable to hacking.

I authorise Guest Club to have access to my digital wallet, my Ledger account and any other accounts Guest Club may be required to set up on my behalf or have access to, in order to provide the NFT Advisory services, such as accounts with NFT platforms and marketplaces. I understand that transactions carried out by the Guest Club on my behalf are irreversible, final and non-refundable.

I understand that in order to use Guest Club's NFT Advisory services, I need to purchase a digital wallet and transfer cryptocurrency for the purchase of the NFT of my choosing to Guest Club's digital wallet.

I am responsible for paying all "gas" fees (the fee required to conduct a transaction on a blockchain successfully) and third party costs incurred as a result of me buying cryptocurrency, Guest Club buying NFTs on my behalf and Guest Club transferring NFTs to my digital wallet.

I will use Guest Club's NFT advisory services at my own risk. I acknowledge that Guest Club offers no guarantees that any NFTs it recommends or purchases for me will accrue in value or can be resold.

I represent that I am solely responsible for making my own independent appraisal and investigations into the risks of a given transaction and the underlying digital assets.

I accept all consequences of using Guest Club's NFT Advisory services, including the risk that I may lose access to my NFTs and cryptocurrency in my digital wallet indefinitely if I lose my wallet's "seed recovery phrase" (special password).

I acknowledge that Guest Club accept's no responsibility whatsoever for, and will in no circumstances be liable to me in connection with the use of the Guest Club for performing NFT transactions.
